Enforce daily jobsite safety and maintain zero-incident culture
Manage manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and short-term schedules
Maintain daily reports, progress photos, as-builts, and material tracking
Coordinate inspections, permits, and quality compliance
Communicate scope changes and project status to Project Management
Qualification
Required
5+ years supervising water/wastewater construction with self-performed work
Experience with cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical systems
Current OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, SWPPP, Silica, Risk Management, Accident Investigation
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
History of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and on budget
