Sales Director (Ingredients/Beverage/FLAVORS)
QLM Search is partnering with a specialist ingredients group seeking a Sales Director to help implement their commercial strategy in the US market. The role involves developing category management strategies, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business
Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches
Have a “business development” mindset to win new business/customers in this specialist category
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Food Ingredients industry
Deep experience in Beverages
Strong knowledge of category management strategies across Beverage Ingredients
Track record of driving growth through effective implementation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
