Maintenance Operations Manager & Assistant Project Manager
VANQUISH WORLDWIDE, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with Army Materiel Maintenance Management regulations. The role requires extensive supervisory experience in army logistics and the ability to manage operations effectively while serving as the Assistant Project Manager in the absence of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products
Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services
Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties
Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits
Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency
Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members
Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation
Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers
Set prices or credit terms for goods or services based on forecasts of customer demand
Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations
Perform sales floor work, such as greeting or assisting customers, stocking shelves, or taking inventory
Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions
Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling or renovating of current facilities
Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management
Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, such as advertising or purchasing
Qualification
Required
Must have not less than 10 years of supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in maintenance management
Must have a minimum of 15 years of management experience in army logistics operations
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures dealing with Army Materiel Maintenance Management
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Logistics Information System (LIS)
Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and working instructions
Must be highly qualified and possess general supervisory experience, supply management experience and transportation experience directly applicable to this effort
Must have specific management experience in retail-level supply, maintenance, and asset management
Must have experience with financial management
Excellent written and oral communications skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to complete and prioritize tasks on multiple concurrent projects within given timeframes
Work well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people
Discretion and trustworthiness due to frequent contact with confidential material
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and all others in a courteous and professional manner
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English
SECRET Security Clearance
Preferred
Desirable: Bachelor's degree in management or other related discipline from a recognized and accredited institution
