New Grad, Entry LevelSoftware Technology Inc. is seeking a Deployment Technician for their FY26 Evergreen project. This role is responsible for completing hardware refreshes, specifically imaging computers and managing inventory, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow
Completing computer refreshes
Reclaiming and transporting old computers
Documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Qualification
Required
Completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals)
Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures
Potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
