Required

Dynamic and motivated self-starter
Ability to work both alone and with a team
Ability to complete multiple projects while maintaining general requirements in a time-sensitive environment
Extensive horticulture, hardscape, irrigation, lighting and drainage knowledge
At least 3-5 years of landscape design/landscape sales experience
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong salesmanship with closing capabilities
Hardscape, irrigation experience
Project estimating
Creative and innovative thinking
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong horticulture understanding and background

Preferred

High school or equivalent
AutoCAD: 1 year
Landscape Design: 1 year
