Qualification
Required
Recent graduates in Communications, Marketing, or Business
Willingness to spend 2 weeks learning before contributing
Ability to handle complex, relationship-based partnerships
Capacity to juggle multiple contexts across different partnership types
Preferred
Deep immersion in the internship (15-20 hours/week or full-time 40 hours/week)
Excitement about creative problem-solving
Interest in building relationships rather than just closing deals
