Manage 70+ open requisitions at a time across corporate/overhead functions, including, Project Controls, Purchasing, Safety, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing & Sales, Information Technology

Partner closely with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent

Provide mentorship, direction, and day-to-day guidance to another recruiter

Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction across all hires
