Responsibilities
Establish consultative relationships with C‑suite, Brand, and Commercial leaders by understanding business objectives and constraints
Lead opportunity identification, solution framing, and proposal development for omnichannel marketing, sales excellence, market access, and patient engagement programs
Orchestrate executive communications across discovery, data exploration, solution strategy, and delivery governance (MBRs/QBRs)
Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and presentation skills—storytelling and value articulation
Translate commercial problems (e.g., HCP targeting, personalization, conversion/retention) into AI/ML-enabled solution frameworks
Design end‑to‑end Data, AI, and Digital solutions integrating AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Visualization
Apply structured thinking at strategic and granular levels; influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt data-driven decisions
Drive commercial and delivery excellence by managing operational and commercial metrics—Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin
Create and execute Incedo’s Data & AI sales strategy and GTM for key Life sciences Commercial clients (Pharma, Biotech, Med Devices)
Be accountable for GTM execution and deliver net-new Digital/AI sales revenue
Build a long-term sales pipeline to increase market share in Digital, Data & AI services and solutions for Commercial and Patient Engagement use cases
Own Gross Margin targets and ensure a high-quality, profitable portfolio
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA from a top-tier university
15+ years in Data/Data Science/Analytics in client management/consulting roles
8+ years working with or consulting for Life sciences (Pharma/Biotech/MedTech) Commercial functions
Proven track record in AI/ML solutioning for Commercial use cases and delivering measurable business impact
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and deal shaping skills
Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams across geographies; partner effectively with delivery, architecture, and product teams
