They are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies and identify business opportunities in the Intermountain Region for their environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials testing service lines.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing and communications strategy, capture planning, and proposal development

Development of regional marketing plans that align with business growth goals and plans

Collaborate with project managers and/or pursuit champions to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce strategic, high-quality RFP/RFQ submittals

Lead market, competitor and client research efforts

Manage and actively participate in the event planning and organization of trade shows/conferences/community involvement/client appreciation gift campaigns

Maintain, utilize, and champion CRM efforts

Provide support for miscellaneous marketing requests and firm initiatives

Ability to lead and empower a marketing team, encouraging growth, accountability, and high-quality work

Provides consistent support to the team, particularly in navigating interpersonal and cross-functional situations

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related degree and 6+ years of marketing and communications experience. Alternatively, instead of a degree, 10 years of related experience

Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Strong experience with Microsoft Office (required) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Ability to lead and empower a marketing team, encouraging growth, accountability, and high-quality work

Experience in the AEC industry, with an understanding of its clients, timelines, and proposal expectations

Strong grasp of proposal strategy, including the importance of client-specific, differentiated content

Preferred

Located in Salt Lake City. This position requires in-person, in-office work and potential travel

Experience leading a team with direct reports is desired

Strategy-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives

CPSM certification desired, not required

Knowledge of how to complete an SF330

Experience with a CRM system is desired
