Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business decisions
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards used by business and leadership teams
Perform advanced analysis using Google Sheets , including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical outputs
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of reporting and dashboards
Validate and assess data sources for reliability and effectiveness
Document metrics, definitions, and reporting logic to support data transparency
Collaborate with data and engineering teams on light ETL or data preparation when needed
Continuously improve analytics assets based on stakeholder feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles
Advanced Tableau experience (dashboard design, performance optimization, stakeholder-facing reporting)
Strong Google Sheets expertise, including: Complex formulas and functions, Pivot tables and advanced analysis, Data cleaning and transformation
Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data
Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred
Experience with light ETL or data preparation tools (e.g., dbt, Tableau Prep, scripting)
Familiarity with Python or R for analysis (not required)
Exposure to data modeling concepts (fact/dimension tables, joins)
Experience working with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
