Responsibilities

Perform functional, system, and integration testing for Oracle Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Work closely with Oracle SCM functional consultants to understand business flows and test scenarios

Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for end-to-end supply chain processes

Validate integrations between Oracle Supply Chain and downstream/upstream systems

Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases

Support UAT cycles and work closely with business stakeholders for sign-offs

Provide regular test status updates and communicate risks/issues proactively

Required

8+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Supply Chain applications

Hands-on testing experience in one or more Oracle SCM modules such as: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics / Shipping

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes

Experience working in SAFe Agile or scaled Agile frameworks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with onsite client stakeholders

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar)

Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment

Preferred

Prior experience in the Insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting, or back-office systems)

Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM testing

Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Oracle OATS, or similar)

Experience working in large enterprise transformation or migration programs
