Responsibilities

Lead the financial strategy, planning, and performance management for a large, inventory-driven business unit
Own the P&L and provide clear, actionable financial insights to leadership
Partner closely with operations to drive margin improvement, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency
Develop, refine, and challenge KPIs to ensure alignment with financial and operational outcomes
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Support strategic initiatives including growth planning, asset utilization, and capital decisions
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management across operations
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, supply chain, and executive leadership

Required

Senior-level finance leadership experience (VP / SVP level or equivalent)
Strong background in P&L ownership and operational finance

Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and leadership presence
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven, in-office environment
