Mid LevelAmaze Systems is seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter to support onsite operations in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of ClaimCenter solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Guidewire ClaimCenter initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions
Translate business needs into functional designs aligned with ClaimCenter capabilities
Support configuration, integration, and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimCenter modules
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing activities
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Ensure solutions align with insurance claims business processes and best practices
Provide post-implementation support and documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in insurance domain
Hands-on expertise with Guidewire ClaimCenter
Solid understanding of P&C insurance claims processes
Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in Greenville, SC
Preferred
Experience with other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
Prior experience in Guidewire implementation or upgrade projects
Exposure to integrations, data migration, or reporting within Guidewire ecosystem
Guidewire certification(s) is a plus
