Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term business planning
Lead, develop, and mentor the analyst, demand planner, and analytics reporting teams to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Design and implement best-in-class commercial processes across sales, marketing, and operations to drive business growth and market competitiveness
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Supervise demand planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory management, and alignment with business objectives
Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant analytics and reporting to support commercial performance assessment and strategic initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive alignment and execution of commercial strategies
Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and innovation within the Commercial Excellence function

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field required
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, or demand planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated expertise in data-driven commercial decision making
Proven track record in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change

Preferred

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry is highly desirable
