Responsibilities
Perform the Building Maintenance functions associated with the jobs of electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, sewer repairman, gardener, mason or others as may be required
Operating and maintaining heating plants and other related equipment
Inspect, replace, repair, maintain, diagnose and correct conditions and perform other jobs of a similar nature as may be required, with the aid of minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
Five (5) years of experience in electronics, electricity, mechanics and/or electro-mechanical maintenance
Applicants must possess a valid CDL license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Maryland
Preferred
Computer skills highly desirable
