This role focuses on aligning sales commitments with greenhouse production capabilities to drive growth and ensure a high-quality customer experience by managing plant programs and procurement.

Responsibilities

Manage greenhouse grow programs, including finished plants, pre-finished annuals/perennials, and custom partnership programs

Develop program timelines, product assortments, pricing, and materials

Monitor program performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Oversee purchasing of plants, seeds, cuttings, liners, containers, growing media, and other production inputs

Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms

Coordinate purchasing with production planning to ensure timely material availability

Partner with growers and production managers to forecast product needs based on sales demand

Communicate market trends and customer feedback to support crop planning and variety selection

Establish and maintain quality standards and address quality issues as needed

Prepare program and performance reports

Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer history

Support budgeting and financial planning activities
