Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Web channels
Architect and optimize complex Journey Builder workflows with event-based, transactional, and behavioral triggers
Develop advanced AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, and Data Extensions for personalization and segmentation
Build and manage CloudPages, forms, and landing pages with dynamic content
Implement Triggered Sends, Transactional Messaging, and real-time campaigns
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems using APIs, SFTP, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
Handle Contact Builder data models, attribute groups, and identity resolution
Optimize email performance, deliverability, and sender reputation (SPF, DKIM, IP warming)
Implement Marketing Cloud Connect and ensure seamless CRM data synchronization
Ensure data security, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and best practices
Act as technical lead for SFMC projects and mentor junior developers
Participate in solution architecture, effort estimation, and technical design reviews
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Analytics teams
Drive platform best practices, reusability, and performance optimization
Provide guidance on campaign scalability and personalization strategy
