Responsibilities

Providing hands-on IT support for workstations, laptops, Macs, and peripherals across multiple facilities
Monitoring incident queues and maintaining device compliance via SCCM
Collaborating with IT teams on escalations
Ensuring all security, health, and safety protocols are followed

Required

Deploying PCs and end-user support in large enterprise environments (1,000+ PCs)
Developing, testing, and maintaining PC images
Supporting PCs in large Active Directory domain environments
Installing/configuring PC hardware and peripherals
Repairing PCs (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.)
Security tools, disk encryption, and antivirus on Windows PCs/laptops and Apple macOS
Active Directory troubleshooting (GPOs, name resolution)
Managing profiles and certificates on Windows PCs/laptops and macOS
Remote support using SCCM, RDP, ARD (2+ years)
MS Office 365 application support on Windows and macOS (2+ years)
Integrating Macintosh systems into Active Directory (1+ year)

Preferred

Scripting with VBScript and PowerShell
SCCM Configuration Management Console queries and reporting
SCCM OSD Task Sequences creation/optimization
Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
Microsoft certifications
Clear communication and strong customer focus
Problem-solving, process improvement, and team collaboration
Adaptable to fast-paced environment with emerging technologies
