Responsibilities
Handle commercial real estate transactions from deal inception through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Advise clients on complex leasing and finance structures and negotiate transactional documents
Manage contract and lease disputes, including litigation and administrative proceedings
Interact directly with clients, lenders, and counterparties, providing strategic and practical legal advice
Navigate matters involving New York State and federal courts, as well as relevant administrative agencies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong background in leasing and real estate finance
Experience managing deals independently from start to finish
Familiarity with contract and lease disputes and comfort with litigation or administrative forums
Admission in New York and experience with NY courts and agencies
