Program Operations Development Lead - GEM-T

They are seeking a Land Warfare and Air Defense Program Operations Development Lead who will manage the coordination and execution of development material schedules for the Patriot Missile program, ensuring on-time and on-budget hardware deliverables.

Responsibilities
Manage the coordination and execution of development material schedules for Patriot Missile with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other functional areas
Identify manufacturing constraints as early as possible and cooperate with other functions to minimize cost and schedule impact to production
Organize and lead the POM team in execution of application tests and other variances
Utilize Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) to identify gaps and drive improvement into execution
Qualification
Required
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience with business systems such as SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Previous manufacturing process experience, especially as a manufacturing engineer or supervisor
Previous project management or leadership experience involving cooperation with cross-functional teams and proven results
CORE/Six Sigma experience, especially leading teams on cost reduction initiatives or manufacturing cycle time reductions
Solid interpersonal skills to manage tasks that bridge operations, production control, engineering, supply chain, and customer relations
EVMS L2 Certification or ability to earn
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of IPDS (Integrated Product Development System), and ability to create and manage a complex IMS using Microsoft Project
