Required

Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

Admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, New York or Washington, DC

A technology background in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field

A life sciences background in biology, immunology, biochemistry or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings

Professionalism in engaging with clients

Ability to stay organized and exercise attention to detail
