Responsibilities

Learn to work directly with U.S. Bancorp Investments clients providing outstanding customer service in a supportive environment
Associates assist with account maintenance, website support, asset transfer, correspondence questions, and other general requests
FINRA licensed Associates process equity, option, mutual fund, and fixed income orders
Acts as a backup for U.S. Bancorp Investments Financial Advisors and makes warm introductions to the Wealth Management Advisory Service team as well as US Bank partners when appropriate

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Typically three to five years of relevant work experience

Preferred

Reliable
Passionate about customer service
Strong phone and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and ability to follow procedures while working independently
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Contact Center experience
Previous banking or financial services experience
FINRA registrations – SIE, Series 7 & Series 63 or strong desire to become FINRA licensed
College degree in Finance, Economics or Business
