Responsibilities
Deal Execution – Lead the day-to-day management of sell-side and buy-side M&A, IPO, and capital raising transactions across the industrials sector
Client Engagement – Work closely with Managing Directors to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate executives, founders, and financial sponsors
Strategic & Financial Analysis – Oversee valuation work and complex financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions) and manage due diligence processes
Marketing & Presentations – Drive the development of pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board-level materials
Team Leadership – Mentor and manage Associates and Analysts, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development
Sector Insight – Stay current on industrials trends, sub-sector dynamics, and strategic drivers to provide thoughtful, value-added advice to clients
Qualification
Required
4+ years of investment banking experience, with meaningful exposure to Industrials M&A
Strong technical skill set with a proven ability to run transactions from start to finish
Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executives and boards
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple live processes simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
