Responsibilities
Own and manage financial operations for multiple high-growth clients
Deliver high-quality accounting, reporting, and advisory outputs
Build and maintain best-in-class financial models (forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis)
Partner directly with founders and executive teams on strategic decisions
Design and implement scalable financial processes using modern tech stacks
Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor communication
Identify opportunities to improve client financial clarity and operating leverage
Contribute to firm growth, including bringing in new client relationships (uncapped upside)
Qualification
Required
Tier 1 Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Management Consulting experience
Strong academic track record
Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment
Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-growth environments
Long-term aspiration to become a CFO of a high-growth US startup
Comfortable working across multiple clients and priorities
