Responsibilities

Prepare forecasts and annual operating plans while collaborating with business partners across the organization
Develop sophisticated financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Collaborate with a wide range of department leaders to build and maintain rolling forecasts
Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and Management
Prepare public regulatory documents and presentations
Prepare monthly & quarterly financial results with associated commentary

Required

Proven experience in investment banking and/or FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or public-company environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with strong financial modeling best practices
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-ready PowerPoint materials
Solid understanding of corporate finance and financial statements
Ability to work well within a team and in an ever-growing, progressive environment
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
Driven and motivated, self-starter capable of tackling complex problem solving tasks independently
Keen attention to detail, particularly when working with large datasets, turning numbers into actionable insights

Preferred

Experience with financial planning and modeling tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.) a plus
