Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates
Hold the team accountable to company standards and performance expectations
Analyze sales systems and data to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive results
Ensure legal documents and contracts meet company and compliance standards
Communicate business terms, risks, and expectations clearly to clients and internal teams
Anticipate operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to address them
Provide actionable feedback to recruiters and individual contributors
Recommend improvements and strategic insights to division VPs

Required

Proven leadership experience (2+ years) with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills

Confidence, credibility, and the ability to deliver tough messages while maintaining trust
Deep understanding of KPIs, business strategy, and continuous improvement
Passion for building a business, overcoming obstacles, and driving results with urgency

Preferred

Knowledge of the locum tenens industry
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
