This role is responsible for providing post order support to resolve customer disputes, investigating claims, and ensuring the department's goals and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Communicates customer reported claims and errors
Working with internal stakeholders to investigate and dispose of carrier claims
Provide claims data for review and assessment to site leadership
Function as Subject Matter Expert for the claims process
Works directly with inventory control to validate inventory accuracy
Provides Root Cause analysis to operational leadership to determine process improvement steps
Creating RMA’s
Managing Quality notifications
Processing requests for credit, rebill and returns as needed
Monitoring claims daily
Resolution of service complaints to the satisfaction of the customer within established company guidelines
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated excellence in the continuous handling of meticulous details
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred
High school diploma or GED, preferred
1 year of customer experience, preferred
1 year of SAP experience. Preferred
Experience navigating WMS
Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
