Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored OneStream solutions
Oversee client-specific monthly administrative and managed services, including helpdesk support, application performance monitoring, month-end close and consolidation tasks, budgeting/forecasting activities, report development, and client training/documentation
Work with internal teams to define business requirements and translate them into OneStream functionality
Facilitate workshops to develop implementation strategies
Lead and support implementation teams in executing projects according to design specifications
Ensure timely completion of tasks, milestones, and deliverables, including functional and design specifications, system configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews
Support quality assurance initiatives across engagements to ensure superior implementation outcomes
Define integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams to connect OneStream with external applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
8+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other corporate performance management (CPM) platforms such as Hyperion, Oracle, or Adaptive
Demonstrated experience leading multiple full-cycle OneStream or CPM implementations
Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective OneStream solutions
Proficient with VB.net, Visual Basic, C#, or similar scripting languages for business rule development
Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and accounting principles
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance processes, including financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
Familiar with delivery methodologies and project management practices
Experienced in leading teams to implement solutions according to defined architecture and design
Comfortable facilitating client workshops and advising on technology trends and best practices
Excellent communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas and recommendations to executives, clients, and internal teams
Broad expertise with one or more OneStream Marketplace solutions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data modelling
Collaborative team player with leadership experience
Preferred
OneStream certification(s) preferred or required
Experience with Hyperion EPM/CPM platforms is a plus
