Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements
Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth
Implement Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
Ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM/PSDS, and HAM modules
Solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes and automation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.) preferred
ServiceNow development, configuration & integrations
JavaScript & scripting
REST/SOAP API integrations
ITSM & ITOM process optimization
ITSM, CSM, HAM modules
Agile/Scrum project delivery
