Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles, with a strong focus on technical positions
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events and other cutting-edge tools including AI-based
Constantly improve sourcing strategies by exploring new and creative ideas, tools, and channels to attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and provide guidance on best practices for attracting top talent
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Blink Ops' values and culture
Enhance our employer brand by representing Blink Ops at industry events, developing recruitment marketing materials, and leveraging social media to showcase our culture and opportunities

Required

3+ years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role within the tech industry, preferably in startup environments
Proven track record in recruiting for GTM roles in the US, with a deep understanding of the talent market and sourcing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs and market trends
Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools, including AI-based sourcing technologies, to enhance recruitment efforts
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
MUST be able to live and work in the United States, this is a remote position within the US borders
