Responsibilities

Identify and engage lubricant blenders and large manufacturers (Importers may also be considered, but priority is on manufacturers who manage their own imports)
Develop relationships with decision-makers in the lubricants and additives market
Represent AB Petrochem at:
Industry exhibitions and trade shows (including Detroit-based events)
Networking and business meetings
Coordinate commercial discussions between customers and AB Petrochem’s technical and supply teams
Support long sales cycles involving trials, approvals, and trust-building

Required

Independent, commission-based Sales & Market Development Partner
Support expansion in North America
Identify and engage lubricant blenders and large manufacturers

Coordinate commercial discussions between customers and AB Petrochem's technical and supply teams

Commission-based only (no fixed salary, no hourly payment)
Long-term, partnership-oriented role
Sales cycles are not transactional
Travel and exhibition-related expenses will be covered when required

Preferred

Based in Detroit or nearby regions
Background in B2B sales, industrial sales, chemicals, automotive supply chain, or related industries
Comfortable working independently
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Confident saying: 'I don't have the answer yet, but I will check and revert'
Interested in building long-term business relationships
