Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support

Execute established implementation methodologies, project plans, and governance standards

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies

Identify project risks and issues early and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies

Coordinate internal resources (implementation consultants, technical teams, data/ETL resources) to ensure timely task execution

Maintain scope, timeline, and quality controls in alignment with approved project plans

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients during implementation

Partner with Professional Services leadership to manage escalations, scope discussions, and expectation alignment

Provide consultative guidance on workflows and best practices, leveraging healthcare IT implementation experience

Facilitate regular status meetings, milestone reviews, and readiness checkpoints

Support change management and client adoption activities in coordination with training and support teams

Track and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure implementations adhere to established security, privacy, and healthcare IT standards (including HIPAA awareness)

Support contractual and SOW adherence by tracking deliverables, assumptions, and client responsibilities

Contribute feedback and insights to continuous improvement of implementation processes and templates

Coordinate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and system configuration activities

Support implementation readiness for secure data exchange (e.g., SFTP, APIs) in partnership with technical resources

Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Jira, and Click-up to track project status, documentation, and metrics

Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout delivery

Required

3–5 years of experience managing software implementations, preferably in healthcare IT or EHR environments

Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects

Working knowledge of EHR implementations, clinical workflows, and healthcare practice operations strongly preferred

Familiarity with data migration and system integrations (coordination-focused; deep technical execution not required)

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clickup, Jira or similar)

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus but not required
