New Grad, Entry LevelRick Smith State Farm is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Life/Health Insurance Team Member. In this role, you'll help customers protect what matters most and plan for the future while building meaningful relationships in the community.

Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life and health insurance products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals
Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers
Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional, positive environment
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Excellent communicating skills - written, verbal, and listening
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) required
Preferred
Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus
