Guest Service Representative
VIP Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Guest Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Assist guests with reservations, including room bookings and changes
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus (ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages)
Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial
