They are seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join their test engineering team to drive automation-first QA strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities
Own test automation across regression, integration, and performance layers
Design test plans aligned to Sprint stories and feature releases
Use Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools with Dynamics & Power Apps
Define and enforce KPIs per page (e.g., Page Load < 1 sec)
Integrate QA checkpoints into CI/CD pipelines
Qualification
Required
QA experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Pages
Strong knowledge of regression and performance testing
Familiarity with KPIs and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights)
Scripting proficiency with JavaScript/Python/C# preferred
