Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert to join their team. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights, projections, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and planning.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and reliable financial analysis and projections, acting as a finance business partner to the accounting team and other business functions
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that include thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions for leadership
Conduct deep-dive analysis into financial data to identify and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses, proactively highlighting opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with central FP&A groups and business partners to define and track key metrics, goals, and business reviews
Lead and support corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, with a focus on FP&A
Proven experience as a finance business partner, ideally supporting a sales or go-to-market function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles
Demonstrated experience in developing financial reports and metrics
Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence others and drive projects across an organization through effective verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a view of the big picture

Preferred

Experience with the Anaplan platform is a plus
