Responsibilities

Implement backup solutions for migrated VMs in Azure (DEV/UAT/STG in Q1, PROD in Q2)
Configure replication between Azure West-East regions and Design Isolated Cloud Recovery Environment (ICRE) for ransomware scenarios
Assist customer’s storage and DR teams in rationalizing backup solutions across Rubrik, Commvault, PowerProtect Data Manager, and PowerProtect Backup Services
Support integration of backup/DR strategy with Azure Local deployments
Ensure compliance with enterprise DR policies and RPO/RTO objectives

Qualification

Enterprise backup solutionsAzure BackupAzure Site RecoveryRansomware recovery planningDR runbooks designMicrosoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertHybrid cloud DR strategiesFailover testing

Required

Strong experience with enterprise backup solutions (Rubrik, Commvault, Dell PowerProtect)
Knowledge of Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and replication strategies
Familiarity with ransomware recovery planning and isolated recovery environments
Ability to design and implement DR runbooks and failover testing

Preferred

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent
Experience in hybrid cloud DR strategies
