They are seeking a skilled attorney to join the legal Compliance team, responsible for conducting compliance investigations and providing legal guidance on various matters. The role involves working collaboratively with multiple internal teams and assisting in the design and implementation of compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conducting compliance investigations, including witness interviews, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting investigative reports, and presenting investigative findings

Providing legal and risk guidance to the Client’s Investigations team on relevant investigative matters

Working with Enterprise Risk Management, Security, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Risk Management & Compliance, Operational Assurance, Legal Department teams, and other internal partners within client on a variety of investigative and compliance matters, including providing legal advice and guidance

Drafting compliance communications

Assisting business teams in addressing compliance matters by helping design and implement risk mitigation initiatives

Reviewing and implementing compliance controls and corporate policies
