Responsibilities
Manages multiple simple projects or at least one medium sized project
Defines overall functional/business requirements with end users
Recommends solution modifications, configurations, and processes
Establishes cost and time estimates for development and implementation of projects
Drives the development and execution of project plans by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives
Manages the identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks and issues
Acts as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration
Has extensive interaction with client and may interact with senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
5+ years of experience of Financial Services Industry in a project management function for technology projects
3+ year(s) of experience participating in projects that focused on one or more of the following areas: Wealth management, Core Platform Implementation
Ability to understand and explain technology platforms and architectures (i.e. Data platforms, integration patterns, etc.)
Able to come into local office 3 days per week
Local to the Philadelphia, PA area
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake and ETL/ELT/APIs/Data Integration
