Responsibilities

Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, from survey design to statistical analysis
Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights that influence client strategies
Act as a client-facing expert, advising clients on the most suitable method and solution that makes most sense based on their unique situation
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members
Contribute to business development, supporting proposals and the launch of new research offerings
Define and develop processes, act as the SME/Lead Consultant in methods, being hands on with delivery/prepared to roll your sleeves up and help build the team over time

Required

5–10 years' experience in life sciences market research or access consulting, ideally with U.S. market access expertise
Strong quantitative research skills, with experience analyzing survey data, payer insights, or real-world evidence
Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear recommendations for market access, pricing, and value strategy
Excellent presentation and communication skills for both internal teams and external clients
Comfortable leading multiple projects and mentoring junior colleagues
The most important thing in a successful candidate is an agile mindset/growth focused outlook and appetite to be part of an expanding/evolving practice!

Preferred

Experience/involvement in technological changes and integration desirable, but not essential
Methods experience covering Discrete Choice, Conjoint Analysis, Patient Simulation desirable
