Execute complex drafting, tax analysis, and gift/estate tax return preparation for UHNW clients
Advise on choice of entity (LLC, partnership, S-corp), formation, and governance for private enterprises
High-visibility role with the autonomy to manage projects and interface directly with a sophisticated client base

Trusts & Estates experiencePrivate Wealth experienceJ.D. degreeLL.M. in TaxationColorado Bar admissionSelf-motivatedTeam player

Required

3+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates / Private Wealth experience
J.D. from an accredited, nationally recognized law school
Admitted to the Colorado Bar (or eligible to waive in)
A self-motivated professional who enjoys working both independently and as part of a high-performing team

Preferred

LL.M. in Taxation is a plus
