This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations that connect Workday with other enterprise platforms while supporting ongoing system configuration and process improvements within HR technology.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain custom integrations between Workday and internal/external systems
Utilize Workday Studio, Extend, and EIBs to manage API and data workflows
Develop secure, scalable solutions that ensure consistent data exchange and process automation
Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues, working closely with infrastructure and HR teams
Implement updates, business process changes, and reporting enhancements
Manage security, permissions, and release activities in partnership with HR leadership
Serve as a trusted technical resource to HR for system-related initiatives and upgrades
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience designing and supporting APIs and system integrations
2+ years of working directly with Workday COR HCM configuration and administration
Proficiency in Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (WWS)
Knowledge of authentication and security standards such as OAuth and SAML
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to data accuracy
2 days a week or more required on site
Strong Core HCM Functional experience, Workday Administration, Security, & Enhancements
Preferred
Workday certifications (Integration Core, Studio, Extend, or HCM)
Experience with middleware or integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
