Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and C#
Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Work with PostGres Database and PostGres GIS for data management
Utilize ORM tools such as Entity Framework and Dapper
Perform unit testing using frameworks like XUnit/NUnit; preferred experience with Jasmine and Karma
Integrate Esri ArcGIS solutions for mapping and location functionality
Implement cloud services in .NET using Azure Functions, Queues, Storage, Container Registry, and Key Vault
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular (v14+), and preferred experience with jQuery and Bootstrap
Use Visual Studio (VS2022) and VS Code for development; manage code with Azure DevOps/Git
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA) and apply WAI-ARIA guidelines

Qualification

Required

Minimum 8 years of experience in .NET development
Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and front-end technologies
Experience with PostGres Database and GIS integration
Proficiency in cloud services and Azure components
Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and mobile-first development
Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience developing compliant digital products
Excellent understanding of version control and CI/CD practices

Preferred

Experience incorporating accessibility tests into development processes
Prior experience ensuring accessibility compliance as part of 'definition of done.'
