Responsibilities
Own the full BD lifecycle – from market segmentation and lead generation to proposals, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
Drive growth across the biologics and cell/gene therapy sectors by expanding the client base and deepening existing partnerships
Shape commercial strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with tailored service solutions
Represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and high-impact networking events
Lead and build internal BD systems to support scaling and commercial excellence
Qualification
Required
Experience within business development or solution-based selling within CROs, biotech of biopharma
Hands-on experience in biologics drug development
Proven sales success in advanced biologics, analytical, or gene therapy markets
Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical drug development and analytics, particularly for biosimilars and NBEs
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimum oversight
