Responsibilities

Attend meetings with customers and providing delivery status and commitments

Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with owners

Identify long lead parts such as castings, bearings, gears, etc. and gather historical lead time data ensuring orders are released in a timely fashion

Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans as well as hold assembly readiness meetings

Occasionally work with external suppliers to follow up on lead times, schedule and ship dates

Coordinate with shop floor operations supporting personnel to provide priorities

Provide status updates to the Program Managers, Value Stream Leaders and external customer
