Responsibilities
Review third-party fund administrator work, including capital activity, investment returns, and financial statements
Ensure legal agreements are accurately reflected in financial tracking
Assist with year-end tax reporting and audit preparation
Forecast and manage capital needs and transfers
Update investment valuations quarterly using Excel and Yardi
Monitor acquisition and development costs
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Create reports and projections to support strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in real estate fund accounting
Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
CPA and Master's Degree strongly preferred
