Responsibilities

Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS); perform as Non-DTS Entry Agent
Performs calendar management, appointment, and meeting scheduling for PM or PdM leadership
Monitor the division organizational e-mail account (i.e., workflow) and distribute information and/or execute taskings as required providing responsive support to leadership
Handles correspondence, arranges meetings
May perform timekeeping duties in DoD Automated Time and Attendance Production System (DATAAPS)

Required

Required Clearance: TS/SCI
BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Four additional years of direct relevant experience, for a total of eight years of experience, may be substituted for degree requirement

Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS); perform as Non-DTS Entry Agent
Performs calendar management, appointment, and meeting scheduling for PM or PdM leadership
Monitor the division organizational e-mail account (i.e., workflow) and distribute information and/or execute taskings as required providing responsive support to leadership
Handles correspondence, arranges meetings
May perform timekeeping duties in DoD Automated Time and Attendance Production System (DATAAPS)

Preferred

Proficiency in Global Combat Support System (G-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program)
