The role involves managing a team, ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors, and performing the duties of a security officer, including monitoring the premises and preventing unauthorized access.

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 25 years of age

Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test

Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in using security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (e.g., email, Microsoft Office)

Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods

Preferred

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required

CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
