Responsibilities
Provides and leads assessments of internet-based engagements through quantitative analyses that provide insight into program effectiveness
Produces reports for internal and external audiences by consolidating, refining, and presenting data in consumable ways
Develops assessment techniques rooted in social & behavioral research methodology in response to changing requirements
Interacts with team members to clarify assumptions and improve the efficacy of the internet-based social media program
Qualification
Required
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
10+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Master's Degree in a Social Science discipline with a specific focus on research methodologies and statistical analysis; significant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Active DoD Secret Clearance required; select candidates will be submitted for an upgrade to TS
Intermediate data analysis and extraction skills
Intermediate knowledge of database structure and queries
Ability to work with unstructured data and process/clean/verify data
Demonstrated experience with Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)
Superior communication skills
Preferred
Experience in SQL
Intermediate data analytics skills (Python, Java, R)
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
