National Sales Manager
Kiefer Sage is a company focused on public safety products, and they are seeking a National Sales Manager for the Western Region. This role is responsible for managing sales through distribution and to end users, developing relationships, and executing sales plans to gain market share.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales in the Western region (WA, OR, ID, CA, NV, UT, AZ, and NM) through building relationships with distribution and state and local public safety agencies
Monitors competitive environment within the territory and identifies opportunities and activities necessary to gain market share
Sets performance goals, executes sales plan to gain market share and evaluates distribution against established goals
Analyzes distribution, customers, and application of successful product sales and applies knowledge to expand into new business opportunities and marketplaces
Required to manage and drive business to meet and exceed sales goals for geographic territory
Responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with all distributors, dealers, and end-users
Provide value-added training to distributor and dealer sales teams to help them increase and maintain expert knowledge on all Jotto Desks products
Develop competitive analysis of geographic territory and plan to take market share
Coordinates sales activities with VP of Sales
Must be able to travel overnight 30%+ annually
